Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing a high level of service through our telephone and email channels. Customer service inquiries would include orders, customer service resolution and follow-up to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Job Description
Proficiency in handling customer interactions via phone, e-mail and mail.
Effectively manage work hours and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Process requests for order entry and product questions from customers.
Ensure accurate order entry and timely feedback to customer inquiries.
Responsible for researching and resolving complaints, product inquiries or ordering to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

Environment and Schedule
Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday and Friday: 10AM to 7PM CST and Saturday 9AM-6PM CST (off Thursday and Sunday)
Training onsite for 3-4 weeks (Monday - Friday 7AM-4PM CST)
After training and evaluation period, the role transitions to fully remote (may require onsite presence if experience technical difficulties or performance issues)
Must be local to Houston area

Specialized Knowledge : Able to read and interpret manuals, documents and memos, Able to communicate with customers and co-workers
Special Skills : Math skills: able to calculate figures and to apply common sense problem solving, Able to work with others and independently in order to complete tasks as directed by the management staff.
Bilingual Spanish and English speakers preferred
